As a result, sometimes migrant workers suffer from grievances and physical discomfort, but they dare not or cannot express themselves in Chinese, resulting in labor conflicts. It has been heard from time to time. On the other hand, Indonesian migrant workers do not have much vacation time, and it is not easy to participate in regular activities or continuous courses. For those Indonesian friends who want to learn more and integrate into the local life in Taiwan, they are often forced to interrupt due to overtime work and employer needs. . Taking nursing care as an example, some migrant workers have not had a holiday for half a year or even a year, but due to cultural and language barriers, they are unable to express their plight in reality. Various disputes and work doubts often occur, which also reflects the lives of these migrant workers. worry.

GICA MISSION

Caring and counseling Indonesian spouses and family members, Indonesian students, laborers and caregivers, organizing or donating to welfare activities and services for Indonesian people in Taiwan.  And providing life care, life reconstruction and resettlement services to protect Indonesian people in Taiwan in their families, society, work, educational and legal rights and interests.   To inprove the living environment and social conditions, and enhancing  their rights and well-being.

Provide physical and spiritual counseling to Indonesians in Taiwan, organize related activities and lectures, promote character building education, hold lectures and communication studies to provide professional services, promote technical education, assist in life care, and implement on-site services.
